Dispite my wishes and hard headedness.. Dan clearly explained to me the risks vs benefits in my case and a very acceptable ( however first I would have never thought this) agreement was reached in my case. He was very professional, kind, helpful, supportive and informative. He listened to what I wanted and help educate me to make the best decision in the situation that I was in. I know that if I ever have any further legal situations that he will be the first person I get into contact with.
